Pokémon Unite has opened applications from gamers of all age groups competing as teams. Pokémon Unite follows on from The Pokémon Company's release of Pokémon Go, which was hugely popular with fans playing through their mobile phones. Game play is in 5-a-side teams focussed on teamplay and planning. It is a new kind of multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game, not fighting only to attack the other's goal zone, but a focus on teamwork and making a plan of attack, while collectively summoning Aeos energy to get the most points when dunking a goal zone within 10 minutes.
The tournament has been long-awaited by gamers of the Pokémon franchise and its loveable characters Pikachu, Cinderace, Venusaur, Charizard and Snorlax, among many others. AIS 5G eSports Open Thailand 2022: Pokémon Unite.
